I’m a beach-loving, Kiwi woman in my 50s, rewriting the midlife rulebook — not from fantasy, but from frequency. After walking away from an unhappy marriage, I didn’t just rebuild, I rewired my brain and my energetics. From a stuck, exhausted, over-giving mum to a free, soul-fuelled woman travelling the world, I reverse engineered my life from the inside out. I’m not a lucky b**ch (though I’ve been called that more than once ).What I am is aligned, and unapologetically led by my Soul.

That’s the soul-fuelled way. I spent five years with bad credit, two kids, and no roadmap. But I still manifested a home, created a coaching business, and began living a life I once only dreamed of. Not by force. But by frequency. By tuning in, trusting, and taking aligned steps, even when the evidence wasn’t there.
What Changed?
I stopped chasing and started choosing from my soul. I dropped the roles that had been projected onto me, rewrote the rules, and reclaimed my inner Knowing. Using the tools I now teach inside my Soul-Fuelled Signature System, I moved out of lack, out of drama, and into a life of peace, fun, and ease - the true desires we all crave for.
