<h1 id="17222209-c654-47cf-bc05-b386be4d00b5" data-toc-id="17222209-c654-47cf-bc05-b386be4d00b5">DID YOU KNOW YOU HAVE A SUPERCONSCIOUS PART OF YOU?</h1><hr>Did you know you have a superconscious part of you? Some cultures call it your spirit, soul, gut instinct and every culture has a word for this. &nbsp;I am calling it this as when you see it in the context of the different types of consciousnesses it makes sense and allows you to start to tap into it. &nbsp;It doesn't live in your brain like our unconscious and subconscious however it does have an influence over your subconscious if you choose to listen to this rather than your unconscious.So our unconscious is just that - patterns hidden from us, wired in from young and captured because of some traumatic event or thing we saw or experienced. &nbsp;What is wired into here isn't consciously seen day to day however it does impact our reality and what happens in our lives as our subconscious operates from those patterns unless we train it to operate from a conscious or super conscious orientation. &nbsp;It's a default system that really causes all our problems as that's what is wired in - all the limiting assumptions we have made about ourselves from young and then by default our subconscious just feeds us that information and creates our day from this faulty programming. &nbsp; For example &nbsp;"I am not good enough" &nbsp;" I am not capable" "I have to be perfect" " I am not worthy" "I am not lovable" are some of the assumptions that are wired into our unconsciousness from young. &nbsp;We experience, see and hear events that create us making these assumptions and then spend our lives trying to fix them or resist what is running underneath in our unconscious brain. &nbsp;They are societal and ancestral as well as we wire in similar assumptions and beliefs as our parents or we wire in beliefs that are in opposition to theirs in an attempt to be different to them. &nbsp;By default these patterns are not true, not to be listened to and not reality. &nbsp;We aren't born limited, missing anything or separate from infinite knowing, receiving and abundance. &nbsp;<img src="https://letcheck.b-cdn.net/2300/cllkh08mj02ans21z3366b4h0.jpg" style="cursor: pointer;">The problem is that our unconscious is open and receiving and will take in these unconscious and limiting patterns unless we pivot towards a different way to create our lives. &nbsp;When we are little we create out of our superconsciousness - we know deep down we are abundant, and we know where to be and sometimes we create out of this superconscious or instinctual place as adults and some indigenous cultures still create their lives from their deep knowing all the time. &nbsp;Do you remember when your children were babies and you would wake up and go on check on them and they would be sick or you just go into a cafe randomly and see a best friend there. &nbsp;This is the knowing I am talking about that we do some of the time but we discount it as luck. But it is trained out of most people through conventional western type education and societal expectations where we assume and are told others know better than us. &nbsp;This is such a fallacy and so destructive.About twelve years ago I knew that something wasn't working for me - I was self judging, in shame and lack of self trust, overworking and nurturing everybody else first. &nbsp;I spent the next five years trying to fix myself and taking on board tools that just didn't work as those underlying patterns were still running the show and kept pulling me back to there was something inherently wrong with me. Around seven years ago I stumbled across some tools when I was in the deepest hole with no credit, no money, no where to live, two kids and a sick Mum to look after. I started to tap back into this instinctual and superconscious knowing and pivoted my thinking and my way of being towards self kindness, gratitude and into a deep sense of abundance and peace. &nbsp;Here is my face book live this week about our superconsciousness.When we begin to be aware and listen to our deep knowing we begin to rewire our brains and our reality actually starts to change as we create our lives based on our orientation towards infinite abundance, infinite joy and infinite awareness. This is a shift away from our perceiving ourselves as finite, limited and not good enough. The lens we look at life through becomes a kind, more joyful and nurturing one and we keep creating more experiences that bring us more joy and nurturing. &nbsp;We do have the answers and we do know what is right for us.My coaching is based on immersing people in tools that support them to pivot away from fixing problems and themselves when there's nothing to fix. &nbsp;And support them to create their lives from their deepest knowing or that soul fuelled part of them. The tools are not hard to use, it's just practising looking through your actual natural lens of infinite knowing, infinite abundance and infinite joy.
